ភារកិច្ចបន្ទាន់ គឺត្រូវបញ្ឈប់ការបាញ់ប្រហារគ្នាឱ្យបានឆាប់ ចាប់ផ្តើមសន្ទនាឡើងវិញ និងដោះស្រាយជម្លោះព្រំដែនដោយសន្តិវិធី។ ភាគីចិនគាំទ្រដល់កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងសម្របសម្រួលរបស់អាស៊ាន និងគាំទ្រតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់របស់ក្រុមសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានក្នុងការឃ្លាំមើលបទឈប់បាញ់ រីករាយក្នុងការបង្កើតលក្ខខណ្ឌឡើងវិញនិងផ្តល់វេទិកាសម្រាប់ការសន្ទនា និងកិច្ចចរចារវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។ សង្ឃឹមថា កម្ពុជានិងថៃនឹងរួមដំណើរគ្នាបន្តទៅមុខ ខិតខំស្តារទំនុកចិត្តគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងកសាងសន្តិភាពឡើងវិញតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែន។

The top priority now is to achieve a ceasefire at an early date, restart dialogue and resolve the border dispute through peaceful means. China supports ASEAN's mediation efforts and the important role of its observer team in ceasefire monitoring. China is willing to create conditions and provide a platform for dialogue and negotiations between the two parties. It is hoped that Cambodia and Thailand will meet each other halfway, strive to restore mutual trust, and rebuild border peace.
